Meak Cha Ki

Meak means pressure point
and Cha Ki means kick
Maik Cha Ki means to kick the opponent's
vital pressure points with your foot.

Opponent kicks and punches,
you block and then counter opponent with your
kick to a vital pressure point.
You should have your stomach and
your foot isometrically tight when
you kick the opponent.
