Mok Jo Leu Ki

Mok Jo Leu Ki means to choke or
strangle an opponent.
When opponent attacks with a kick and a punch,
you should use a downward palm block against
his kick and a striking or wrapping block against the punch.

Then choke or strangle your opponent.
Choking means to stop the air supply by pressing
the front of the opponent's neck.
Strangling means to stop the blood supply
to the head by pressing the sides of the opponent's neck.
Choking and strangling techniques are very
dangerous and should be learned and practiced
only under the supervision of a qualified instructor.
